Return and refund policy

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at alexandrudaniel1511@yahoo.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return request.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging where possible. We may ask for photos before approving a return request.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Return shipping instructions will be provided by email after your return request is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Some items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval. This policy does not limit any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
