Shipping policy

Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. During busy periods, fulfillment processing, holidays, or product availability checks may take longer.

Estimated delivery is usually 6 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier handling, customs, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels if products are fulfilled separately. You will not be charged extra shipping for split parcels unless clearly stated at checkout.
